Facilities Reservations 

Reserve our building and facilities for a funeral, wedding, or special event using the form below
  • Contact the church at [email protected] or 320-274-8951 at least 6 weeks before the event to secure approval to use HEFC facilities. 
  • Upon approval, events sponsored by an outside or individual group will be required to pay a deposit of $100. Make checks payable to HEFC and write the event name on the memo of the check.  Please mail or drop off at church, or place in box across from office. Fees for custodial hours, sound technician, and damages will be deducted from your deposit. If none of these apply, your deposit will be refunded.
  • All outside individuals/groups must print, sign and return this form and include the signed form with deposit.

Are you serving in a Heartland Ministry and used your own funds to purchase a resource? Use this form to request payment.
*Must be authorized by pastor or team/board chairperson.
