IF YOU REQUESTED PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING:
Social Media
Each event will have three main posts made. These will be posted on both Instagram and Facebook - two prior to the event and one after the event. No event page will be created. Boosted/ad postings is up to the discretion of the social media manager and leadership. These are subject to change based on the event and discretion of leadership.
Website
You can expect the event to be posted on the website one month prior. No event will be posted on the front page; however, there will be a front page link that will direct to sign-up and registration.
App & Bulletin
You can expect the event to be posted on the app one month prior. Event highlights can be in the bulletin for one month (4 Sundays).

OTHER DETAILS TO BE AWARE OF:
Nursery
It is your responsibility to organize and recruit volunteers.
Food
If you need food for your event, your team is responsible to purchase/make the food.
Online sign-ups
Online sign-ups are preferred, and it's up to the office's discretion depending on the event.
Tables in foyer
Tables in the foyer are discouraged, and it's up to the office's discretion depending on the event.
Highway sign
If you want a highway sign, the wording must be concise with the name of the event and date/time.
