The Challenge: Based on the following point system, we will be competing boys against girls in a wellness challenge based on the Biblio Diet.
When: March 10th-April 21st.
Mission: To encourage wellness and fitness, and also be good examples to those in our Heartland community.
Accountability: We encourage you to pick an accountability partner, like a coworker or spouse. 

Point System

Meet your Step Count (we recommend 6,000-10,000)- 1 point per day the goal is met
Meet your water intake goal - 1 point per day the goal is met
Follow the Biblio Diet -1 point per day that you stay on plan
Follow the Biblio diet to the best of your ability. For example, if you can't afford a 100% pasture raised/finished and organic meat, just do the best you can do. You can still collect the points. 
Work out every day (minimum of a 20-30 minute workout) - 1 point per workout
Cut out sugar- 1 point per day you don't each sugar (processed sugar)
Cut out fast food - 3 points for every week that no fast food is consumed
Lose weight - 3 points per pound lost 

how we are keeping Track

Points will be tracked using the honor system! On April 21st, we'll use this form to declare how many points you earned during the challenge. If you need a tracker, the calendar below can help!
